3. Hike up Sulphur mountain and take the Gondola down
One of the most iconic views in Banff is from the top of Sulphur mountain. There’s an option to take the gondola round trip ($65) or alternatively, you can hike up and down (10.8 km, 759 m, out & back). There’s a little museum at the top, a café, and stunning 360 degree views of the valley. A must-not miss activity to do in Banff this summer!
4. Explore the Banff Springs Hotel
The Banff Springs Hotel is truly one of the most unique and awe-inspiring hotels you’ll ever encounter! Built in 1888, this majestic hotel is known as the ‘Castle of the Rockies’ due to its grand architecture and regal presence.
